Last updated September 15, 2026
These terms govern the use of this website, published by Housess Real Estate, a brokerage registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency of the Dubai Land Department. By using the site you accept them.
Listings are information, not an offer
Property details, prices, availability and images are provided for information and are believed correct when published. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, they do not form part of any contract, and they may change or be withdrawn without notice. A property is only sold or let under a signed Dubai Land Department contract.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care with the information on the site, including figures for size, service charges and payment plans, but we do not guarantee it. Verify anything material to your decision, and take independent legal, financial and tax advice before you commit to a purchase, sale or tenancy.
Fees
Any fee payable to Housess is set out in writing before an agreement is signed. Nothing on this website creates an entitlement to a fee or a discount.
Use of the site
You may browse and print pages for your own use. You may not copy listings, images or text for republication, scrape the site, or use it in a way that damages it or interferes with others using it. Photographs are the property of Housess, the relevant owner or developer, or the credited photographer, and are used under licence.
Third-party links
Links to other sites, including the Dubai Land Department, developers and portals, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Housess is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information on this site or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about our service, contact us using the details on the contact page. Brokerage complaints that cannot be resolved may be raised with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency through the Dubai REST app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
