Common questions
Are you licensed?
Yes. Housess is registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) under the Dubai Land Department, and each consultant holds an individual RERA broker card. Ask any consultant for their card number; it can be checked on the Dubai REST app.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Dubai. Our listings currently span the communities on the Dubai communities page, with live counts per area. The office is in Dubai Hills, so the surrounding communities along Al Khail Road are where we have the deepest transaction history.
Do you charge buyers and tenants?
On a sale, the agency fee is customarily 2% of the price plus VAT, paid by the buyer. On a rental it is customarily 5% of the annual rent plus VAT, paid by the tenant. Both are confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
Can you act for me if I am overseas?
Yes. Offers, contracts and Ejari can be handled remotely, and a power of attorney covers anything that needs a signature in person at the Land Department.

Yes. See the property management page for what is included and how the fee works, or request a rental valuation and we will come back with a rent figure and the management cost together.
