How the services fit together

A property in Dubai passes through the same hands in the same order: someone values it, someone finances it, someone transfers it, someone lets it, someone looks after it, and eventually someone sells it. When those steps sit with one team, the mortgage adviser already knows the transfer date, the leasing consultant already has the keys on the day of handover, and the manager already holds the inventory that was taken at move-in.

Buying, that means a pre-approval before the first viewing and a conveyancer who books the trustee appointment the day the NOC arrives. Owning, it means a tenant found at the right rent and a manager who deals with the tenant so you do not have to. Investing, it means the numbers worked through before the deposit is paid, whether the unit is ready or off plan.

Who you will deal with

Every consultant who lists or shows property in Dubai must hold a broker registration number from the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, and every advert must carry a Trakheesi permit. Ours do. The consultant who values your property is the one who markets it, and the one who negotiates your offer is the one who sees it through to transfer.

Common questions

Do I have to use more than one of your services?

No. Each service is priced and delivered on its own. A landlord can ask us to find a tenant and then manage the property themselves, and a buyer can use their own bank and still ask us to handle the transfer.

Are you licensed?

Every brokerage in Dubai must hold a licence from the Department of Economy and Tourism and be registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, and every agent must hold a broker registration number. Our office registration number is shown in the footer of every page, and each listing carries its Trakheesi permit number.

Do you cover the whole of Dubai?

We list and manage property across the freehold communities of Dubai. If you are asking about another emirate, tell us where and we will say plainly whether we can help.

Not sure which service you need?

Tell us what you are trying to do and we will point you to the right person, not a switchboard.

One conversation covers it

Tell us where you are with the property and we will tell you what happens next and what it costs.
